Mewapuri is a fresh start-up which has been in business since 2010. We are a group of young and energetic Bumiputera entrepreneurs who came together upon the end of our study period in Liverpool, United Kingdom. We are passionate about developing modern design homes for the local market. We focus on the build quality, implementing the best building process, to ensure that our homes are built for those who appreciate the finer details and the functionality of spaces within a home. The materials that we use reflect our appreciation for beauty, as well as practicality being our main priority for your comfort living.
Mewapuri is in every sense, a real estate development and construction company. Most of our projects are privately initiated and funded for the purpose of housing developments in potential local markets. We see through real estate projects from start to finish, beginning with location planning, land preparation, building design and construction.
Our homes are designed for the high-demand of middle class workers within the locations we develop. We feel that there is a definite need to contribute towards the development of more affordable homes in this current economy.
We are actively doing our real estate developments in Dungun, Terengganu. Currently we are developing housing projects which includes bungalows and semi-d units.
