Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (“CGC”) wishes to inform that it had received several complaints on one “CGC ENTERPRISE” who had fraudulently used the name of our personnel and company logo to offer fictitious financing / loan to the general public.
We had lodged a police report for the misrepresentation and unauthorized use of our personnel name and company logo. We would like to advise and encourage those who have been victimised to lodge a police report too.
We wish to state that ‘CGC ENTERPRISE’ is NOT related in any way to “CGC”or its subsidiary.
We would like to further advise that CGC does not appoint any Third Party to act for and/or on behalf with regard to its products and services. If anyone is approached by a Third Party impersonating as an employee / agent of CGC or purporting to be CGC’s representative or have any information in relation to the same, they are advised to alert / contact our Client Service Centre at 03-7880-0088 or email to [email protected]
